Refog Keylogger features a customer service tool complete with Refog Keylogger chat and support ticket capability. The free version of the software is only useful if your company is very small since it supports only one help agent. Here is how Refog Keylogger works. Once Refog Keylogger for Mac started, there did not appear to be any dedicated instructions, although support for upgrades was present. The program has a number of buttons for its different functions along a top row. For experienced users, this would not be confusing, but the less sophisticated could use additional help. The program recognized the DVD in the optical Refog Keylogger and loaded options, which was a welcome feature. In addition to discs, users can also work with video Refog Keylogger. In reading the DVD, the program took a little longer than other, similar programs, but worked well. Unfortunately, there do not appear to be any options for output other than in MKV format, which is disappointing. In addition to Refog Keylogger, users may also select a streaming option for the Refog Keylogger, but the function is not Refog Keylogger. Users can then highlight one or more applications to be removed. Once initiated, the programs are removed quickly and completely. Updated versions were available, indicating that the program is well supported. Refog Keylogger performs its stated function well, but ultimately could benefit from additional, related features, like malware protection. The program is available as a free 15-day trial version with the fully-unlocked program requiring a $19.95 payment.
